Delray Beach, FL 33483
“They are edgy, but still clinically sound and ethical. Their integrity, discipline, as well as management really sets them apart from other programs. I would recommend working for them, and would definitely recommend them for substance abuse treatment. They know what they are doing.”
“I have worked at Reco for almost 2 years now. I have been able to watch this company grow and the individuals who work here grow along with it. Reco is unlike other treatment centers in the area. Once you walk through the door you are considered family. My bosses and managers respect my input and value my opinion. I enjoy coming to work and believe in what we do.”
“RECO is a great workplace for many reasons but for me it is all about the culture and the leadership. I walk into work with a smile on my face and Monday’s are not a drag. Couldn’t be happier!”
“RECO is the only treatment center in south Florida where I would send someone I love. I’ve never had a job where the day flew by, & at RECO, because of the cohesive & hardworking staff – work never feels like work. My managers have believed in me from day 1, I learn something new everyday from my co-workers, I feel like I’m part of a family, & the culture is ethical. All of these things translate to the work & community we create with the clients. When people ask me about my job, I tell them that if I ever stop working here, I’m moving on from the substance abuse field because I can’t see myself working anywhere else.”
“RECO intensive is undoubtedly one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. I’ve had quite a few jobs in this field and had become discouraged until I started working here. There is an open door policy with ownership and management, and they are so flexible with your needs/wants. The people I work with are fun, smart, and hard-working, and it’s one of those jobs that on most days, does not feel like work (which is rare to find as an addictions therapist). I never felt like I was micromanaged, and I always felt like I had a voice if I felt something needed to be heard. I am so grateful I was referred here and look forward to continued employment at this facility.”
“Very relaxed yet professional setting. Excellent working conditions and a company that truly has a family/teamwork vibe. Supportive management and administrative teams who allow internal agency growth.”
“Reco is by far the best job experience I’ve ever had. The diversity in the staff allows for supportive, collaborative, friendly and fun work environment.”
“Good people, environment and culture. Assisted clients with daily transportation. Monitored daily urinalysis screenings. Accountability checks and cleanliness standards.”
“Recovery is the prime focus with positive reinforcement of clients to help them achieve sobriety. The company has weekly meetings to address any issues work related to clients.”
