"I have to say that I am so grateful to RECO for giving me back my life. There are no words to express to deepest integrity this program has to its clients. I truly believe in my heart of hearts that I would not be here today if it wasn’t for the therapist, staff, techs and administrators that have touched my life. I live today because RECO believes." -Kellie R.

RECO Intensive today announced the addition of Rolando Barrero to the team. Rolando will run bi-weekly art therapy groups for RECO clients, bringing with him many years of therapeutic art experience.
The founder of the Florida Arts Association and director of the Boynton Beach Art District, Rolando is an award-winning artist in Palm Beach County. A passionate creator, Rolando earned his Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from the Art Institute of Chicago, and now introduces individuals in recovery to the impactful associations that art can have upon sobriety.
RECO Director of Operations Christopher Pasquale has previously worked with Rolando, and is delighted to welcome him to our staff of specialty therapists.
“Rolando’s passion for recovery reflects in everything he does—from his artwork, to his group leadership, to his sponsorship, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on team RECO,” said Chris.
Rolando will work to encourage clients’ individuality as he facilitates art projects that have been designed to support progress in recovery. His dedication to his craft is commendable, and we look forward to the imagination and creativity he will inspire amongst the RECO community.
